Kester Flux Thinners are used for reducing solids or replacing evaporated solvent, resulting in maximum efficiency of the flux in an open vessel application such as foam fluxing or dipping.

Application
Flux thinners should be added if the Specific Gravity or the Titration test results indicate that the solvent needs to be increased. Test for flux balance should be performed every 4 hours of direct exposure to air. Please refer to the Technical Data Sheet for the proper test method and ranges.
